They gave clear instructions and a guide to help prepare for the interview. However, they didn't give much time to get ready for the second round. The guide was useful for the first round.
I had an online interview with HR at 8x8 for a Market Operations role. We talked about my background, skills, and if I was interested in the job. Also, they wanted to know what I knew about the company and its business.
It was pretty chill, but a bit strange. They didn't really go into my work or past jobs, we mostly chatted about personal stuff and hobbies. Since they didn't ask much, I ended up doing most of the talking.
