There were a lot of interviews for this position. Some interviews lasted over 2 hours, meeting person after person. I also had 3 other phone screens. Other employees agreed the process is overly complicated.
The hiring manager requested that I disclose sensitive information from my past jobs. I declined this request, and consequently, they informed me that I would no longer be considered for the position.
The interview process took way too long and was quite tedious. In total, it took 6 weeks for everything to be completed. I felt like it didn't need to take that much time from beginning to end.
