Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and heard back from a recruiter. We scheduled a call, and the recruiter joined about 5 minutes late. She said it wouldn't work because of my timezone, even though I'd mentioned it in the first email and it was on their application. She even double-checked during the call and it turned out it wasn't actually an issue. Despite that hiccup, I proceeded to the next step with the hiring manager, which was a good conversation.

It was pretty easy, mostly personality questions. If you prepare like you would for a normal customer meeting, you'll be good. Try to have an agenda and ask for the next steps.

The interview was structured, clear, and precise to the role, and they made me feel comfortable answering their questions. I had a great experience talking to my remarkable interviewees. Looking forward to working with 8X8.
