The interview process was smooth, well-structured, and engaging. It began with a clear introduction, followed by thoughtful, role-specific questions that allowed me to highlight my experience and strengths. The interviewer maintained a professional yet conversational tone, which made the discussion feel natural and comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me a clear understanding of the role and the company’s culture.
I interviewed with HR and it felt like a good fit on both sides. After waiting two weeks, I got scheduled for the next round. That interview was with a senior manager. I spent a lot of time getting ready for these. Now I've been waiting two months for any kind of response. I've emailed the HR person and the hiring manager twice each, and still nothing. It's fine if they don't want to hire me, but ghosting me after a month of interviews is really unprofessional. I'd call them out but I won't stoop to that level. It was a big waste of my time, and I wouldn't recommend them or their service to anyone.
After an initial screening interview, there were two more meetings, and then I had to give a presentation to senior management. They really wanted to see my sales skills in action. I also had to talk about my references, deals I've won, and deals I've lost. It was also pretty important to show how I've learned from a tough situation.
