It was pretty much a chat to see what I thought a manager did and get a feel for my personality. Nothing too wild. It was in the store's conference room and went for about 20 minutes.
I was recruited for this job from another company. They flew me out to Delaware and covered all my expenses. We were able to negotiate terms quickly, and they even offered to help with relocation costs.
Had a bunch of weird questions on a questionnaire, basically asking if I'd want to fight people daily or use drugs every day. Then there was a test on an old computer to check my basic math skills (despite having an accounting degree). The store manager seemed okay but wasn't very attentive to customers while I was there. The area manager was also alright.
