The interview started late and felt disorganized. The interviewers were nice but were instructed to focus on the negatives of the job, which involved low pay unless monthly incentives were met, requiring significant overtime to earn a decent wage. It seemed more like a sales role than a management one.
Applied to a role in Cleveland and got a phone call for an interview. Had a lengthy interview that seemed to go well. There was some testing involved and I was given a drug test. Later, I was contacted by their corporate office and asked to complete a personality test, which repeatedly asked me if I steal from employers. After that, I never heard back from them, which felt like a complete waste of my time.
It was pretty much a chat to see what I thought a manager did and get a feel for my personality. Nothing too wild. It was in the store's conference room and went for about 20 minutes.
