I had a video interview on Google Hangout with two really nice employees. We chatted about the ad industry and their agency, and also about my personal interests.
The interview process was really enjoyable, conducted over the phone and Google Hangout. I really liked the vibe of everyone I spoke with; it felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview. I had previously visited their offices and really liked the culture there. While I was disappointed not to receive an offer, the experience gave me a great idea of the type of company I'd like to work for.
I joined a creative competition hosted by 72 and fortunately secured third place. This success allowed my team and I to proceed to an interview for a summer internship role.
