The interview process involved 5 rounds where I met with various departments, teams, and management levels. It concluded with a presentation of my work. It felt like a casual and mutually beneficial process that allowed both myself and the company to assess if we were a good fit.
The whole process was indeed very smooth: people were prepared and motivated, very transparent on what needed to be implemented and what were the company strength that they wanted to grow.
The interview process was smooth, I met with 2 Executive Producers and then the Head of Production. Even though I didn't get the role, I stayed in touch and this led to a freelance opportunity.
