Candidate-reported interview process

The process involved a 3-week course and then 3 on-site interviews and one paper test. If you pass, you can start working right after the interview, depending on the store manager. The interview included language proficiency and behavioral questions.

I started with an online application and then had an initial phone screening. This screening set up a phone interview, and then another phone interview was scheduled. After that, a third phone interview was set up to schedule an in-person panel interview. I was interviewed by two market managers.

The hiring process was laid out pretty clearly and was pretty quick. It was a group interview with just me and one other candidate. It wasn't as difficult as I expected it to be.
