Candidate-reported interview process

You apply online on the 7-Eleven site. Then a hiring manager calls you for a first interview to check if you fit and are interested. After that, you might talk to higher-ups like the Regional Manager on the phone. Then, you'll likely meet in person with the Regional Manager and maybe your future team. They might give you some tests, technical or behavioral, to see your skills. If you get a verbal offer, they do background checks, looking at your past work and education. Once everything checks out, you get the official written offer. Finally, they set a date for you to start training.

The whole hiring process took about a month and a half, from the very first call all the way to when they made the offer. I had four interviews in total, with people ranging from the hiring manager to the director of operations. It wasn't overly complicated, but it was definitely a drawn-out process.

We started with the application, then a phone interview, followed by a second phone interview. After that, there was a face-to-face interview with the Market Manager and then with the team I'd be working with. They made a verbal offer. Then I got the written offer and had to complete the background, education, and experience check. Once that was all received and the report came back good, they set my start date for training.
