Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was easy and smooth. The people were nice and the interview questions were straightforward. It focused more on behavioral questions. I received an offer in about 5 days. Do not be surprised when you see a reply to my tweet.

Friendly interview in the manager's office, makes you feel at home, without any pressure, 30-minute interview, the assistant manager was present during the interview without commenting, everything went well. The interview is a filter because they send you to corporate for a second interview.

So the interview process usually kicks off with a quick phone chat, then you come in for an in-person interview where we talk about your skills, experience, and if you'd fit in with the team. After that, there might be some technical tests, more interviews with the team, and then final thoughts, which usually leads to a job offer. We're looking at both your technical abilities and how you interact with others to make sure you're a good match for what the company needs and believes in.
