Candidate-reported interview process

What a great interview process!! I got to spend time with two hiring managers, one of whom passed my resume to another, and a small team panel. It was professional, efficient, and above all- humane. You can tell this team is truly well-managed.

It was a difficult interview, very hard to crack. You should be prepared beforehand, revise everything, and think before you speak. Always smile, face questions, and challenge yourself. Connect with peers. There were ratings, calculations, technical and non-technical parts. It was 4-5 rounds, and HR negotiation should be done.

The interview process was pretty standard. It was mostly about making a connection with the interviewer, and they didn't ask much about my past experience. The team seemed really welcoming and the culture appeared quite laid-back. The interview went well, and I heard back shortly after.
