Candidate-reported interview process

It was a virtual interview setup. I spoke with 3 different managers, and each conversation was about 15 minutes long. They asked pretty basic questions, like asking for an example of when I went above and beyond in a previous job. Nothing too technical.

I had two interviews over Microsoft Teams. The first was with the Sr Accountant and Manager, and the second was with the Director. Both interviews were about 30 minutes long, and the questions were pretty basic.

The Director mentioned I might be bored because I'm overqualified, which I found odd since they still interviewed me. The peer interview went well, and the phone screen was conducted very politely and professionally.
