The interview process had 3 rounds. First I met with a sales manager. Then I met with a VP and some sales reps. Finally, I did a presentation which included a case study covering company research, different personas, a mock call and a mock email.
I had an interview scheduled with the recruiter. The recruiter was 10 minutes late for the call. They didn't ask me anything about my background to see if I would be a good fit. When I asked about the company and what they do, and what my day-to-day tasks would be, the recruiter seemed unsure about everything. It seemed like they didn't even know what the company does. I actually learned more from my own research than from the recruiter.
Awful experience. They said they would let me know about the third interview's next steps by Monday. It took over 5 emails and multiple days of following up to finally get a response. Not sure why they would string a candidate along.
