Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and then a recruiter (who seemed to be a contractor) reached out to schedule a video call. After our call, they said they'd have feedback in a day or two, but then I never heard back. It seems like this happens a lot with 6Sense based on other candidate experiences. Honestly, don't waste your time with them, because the recruiters aren't professional enough to follow up with candidates they're interested in. It's not just a waste of time, it's also really unethical and unprofessional. You should probably look for opportunities elsewhere.

The interview process was quite thorough and detailed, involving these stages: first, an interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a Product Management Interview, then an interview with the Engineering team, and finally, an interview with a member of the PM team.

It was more of a chat than a formal Q&A. The HR person was helpful. Everyone who interviewed me gave helpful, constructive feedback at the end. All in all, it was a good experience.
