Candidate-reported interview process

I got a call from a recruiter, who was really nice and professional. Then I met with one of the owners, who was super passionate and smart, and clearly has big dreams for the company and its people. They actually called me back the same day to set up a second interview, which I did right away. That second interview was about an hour long and went into a lot more detail, so I really understood what the job was all about.

Interviewing is key to connecting with the owner and understanding the crucial part you'll play. They clearly explain the company's growth, so you know what you're getting into and can ask questions. They really cover all the important job function points for everyone involved.

This interview process was super smooth. I had two interviews with management, and they were really nice. Some questions were challenging, but everyone made me feel at ease. I asked a lot of questions, and they made sure I got all the info I needed. The whole thing felt really professional, and honestly, how well they treated me and how professional the company seemed was a big reason I accepted the job. It was a really refreshing hiring experience! The interviews also gave a lot of detail about the company, its past, and the role itself. They were really clear and honest about everything, and it all met my expectations!
