The interview was pretty standard. You’ll need to explain the specific sales techniques you use to drive sales. It started as a one-on-one chat. If you get through the initial screening, you’ll then talk to the supervisor.
The interview process was alright. The receptionist was super friendly and made me feel at ease. The interviewer was professional but didn't seem to have much time to chat initially. They looked like they had a lot of candidates lined up and had to get through the first interview fast.
The whole interview process for this Sales Representative role at 600 Global involved two meetings. The first one was with a Branch Manager at their office, and the second meeting took place at a coffee shop with a Sales Representative who also acts as a New Employee Trainer. My personal experience with 600 Global was really good. It seems like a place where you can really compete and move up the ladder if you're willing to put in the time. Since this is a new branch, there's a lot of room to make a name for yourself if you decide to work here.
