The interview process was pretty simple. First, there's a take-home assessment. Second, a culture-fit assessment interview. Third, the manager interview. If you pass all those, you move to the final round, which is the panel interview. Nothing intimidating, a very smooth process.
I applied online and got a call from HR. They seemed really impressed and told me what would happen next. But after that, I heard nothing. I tried emailing them, but got no reply.
I had an initial round with the hiring manager, which went well. After that, I was given a take-home assignment by another engineer, which I completed over the weekend. I then discussed the assignment with that engineer. They said I did well and would move to the next stage. I waited about 3-4 days with no news. I reached out to the engineer, and the following day, HR sent me a rejection email. It was a frustrating experience overall.
