It was a 5 step interview process. First HR, then the hiring manager. After that there were 6 back-to-back meetings with other department leads or members. Then there was an assignment, followed by a 2nd round HR interview where they asked salary questions. Questions were not hard. Everyone was very friendly.
I had a phone screening first. Then I interviewed with the head engineer of the team. They asked about my experiences and I got to ask them questions about the company and the position.
It was a great experience overall. I got to see the robots working. The interviews were pretty direct and I spoke with people currently in the role, including developers in support and the hiring manager.
