Candidate-reported interview process

The initial interview was engaging. It started with an AI assessment, then a technical skills quiz. An IQ test was a surprise but manageable. A typing test came before the final part, which was a simulation of handling two chat support interactions at the same time.

I had an AI interview, which was a first for me and quite eye-opening. It showed me areas where I need to improve, and I'll definitely work on those.

So I had this AI interview, which was way too long and complicated, and didn't really match the job description at all. They must be really struggling to hire people because they offered me $6/hour just a few hours after I finished the interview. They also have some wild expectations, like working up to 10 hours a day and having surveillance software on your laptop.
