Candidate-reported interview process

The company uses an AI recruitment agency and AI assessment tests. I feel this is unacceptable and inhumane, and I think they should disband their HR team as their input is unnecessary.

The initial interview was engaging. It started with an AI assessment, then a technical skills quiz. An IQ test was a surprise but manageable. A typing test came before the final part, which was a simulation of handling two chat support interactions at the same time.

I had an AI interview, which was a first for me and quite eye-opening. It showed me areas where I need to improve, and I'll definitely work on those.
