3Cloud Consultant interviews, decoded.

I got referred and the whole thing took about 2 weeks. First, I had 2 technical interviews with a Senior Consultant, mostly about .NET, Angular, and SQL. Then, I had my final interview with the Senior Delivery Manager. HR let me know the same day I passed and that they'd give me an offer, saying my salary request was approved. Everything was verbal via email. It's been a month and still no formal offer or any updates from HR or the hiring team.

The whole thing took about 3 weeks. It was 2 technical interviews and then a final one that was supposed to be cultural fit. They used Leetcode and Notepad for live coding in the tech interviews. The tech interviews weren't really about seniority, it felt more like they just wanted to see if you knew specific programming syntax. The 'cultural fit' interview wasn't really that, it was more like another part of the technical interview, focusing on communication skills rather than how you work or fit the team. Honestly, all 3 interviews could have been combined into one panel, and communication could have been checked during the tech parts.

I had 2 technical interviews. The first one was with a Senior Engineer and the second one was with a Data Architect. I was surprised when the HR told me I didn't pass because they said I was lacking some key skills for the role, which I don't really understand as I thought I answered all the questions well, especially in the second interview where I felt we had a really good ending and I thought I did well.
