Candidate-reported interview process

The interview, initially slated for an hour, was cut short to about 30 minutes. The hiring manager seemed to be checking Teams messages during our chat and zipped through the questions they had ready. There wasn't much chance to ask more or dig into my background, so it felt more like a quick transaction than a real conversation.

Applied online and had a virtual behavioral and virtual technical interview. The technical interview went deeper into specifics around Microsoft technologies and best practices, and prep is needed to do well.

I got referred and the whole thing took about 2 weeks. First, I had 2 technical interviews with a Senior Consultant, mostly about .NET, Angular, and SQL. Then, I had my final interview with the Senior Delivery Manager. HR let me know the same day I passed and that they'd give me an offer, saying my salary request was approved. Everything was verbal via email. It's been a month and still no formal offer or any updates from HR or the hiring team.
