The process involved a single interviewer who was distant and unpleasant. Before the interview, candidates were expected to read several multi-page articles and memorize an 85-slide PowerPoint presentation. However, during the actual interview, no relevant questions were asked, and there was no opportunity to ask questions. The interviewer showed no respect, which was a very negative experience. This felt like a 'Ghost Job' situation, with the position open for a long time and similar negative feedback from previous reviews, indicating a lack of consideration.
Great process, good contact with the recruiter, frank and honest discussions. Also, an interesting panel to evaluate candidates. Excellent interview also with the HR Director, sincere and transparent exchange.
The process stopped after the second exchange, without any feedback or debrief. I find this a pity, especially since the company promotes its processes as solid and personalized, with TAs/HRs supporting throughout. Even after polite and spaced follow-ups, there was zero response.
