The interview process was largely centered on the human aspects of management. Senior individuals were particularly interested in the corporate and tool-based strategies, rather than the actual solutions to the problems they aimed to address.
Applied via LinkedIn. HR contacted me to schedule an interview at the Madrid office. Had an in-person interview at the Madrid office with a Sr. QA Manager who was visiting from China at the time.
