Candidate-reported interview process

There were 2 interviews. First was a phone call with HR, then a group Zoom call with managers, and the final one-on-one Zoom call directly after the first with a company representative. It was a very pleasant experience. Typical for an artist interview, they wanted to discuss the work on my reel and my familiarity with certain software.

I had an initial call with a recruiter. It seemed like a check to see if I would be a good team fit. They asked for salary expectations, so have that ready. This caused difficulty in my case, as it seemed the job changed from hourly contract to full-time between landing the interview and speaking with the recruiter.

The review process went really well. Everyone I spoke with was super professional and only people directly involved with the job talked to me.
