Had a nice and pleasant phone call with 2K's Recruiter. We talked about the job's location, the company culture, and what the job entailed. I was a bit surprised when they discussed how they're changing their onboarding process for this position because they've had issues with it being overwhelming initially, so they've had to slow it down. I decided not to proceed because they're only offering $15 - $18 an hour, and a living wage in Vegas, NV is $23-26 per hour.

The talent lead at 2K called me to chat about the job and what it would involve. She also wanted to make sure I knew about any possible "crunch" times or if overtime was mandatory.

It was about 30 minutes of questions that didn't seem that important for the job. I've heard from most hiring managers that if they don't feel like they could 'grab a beer with you,' they won't hire you. If you pass the first review and get hired, there's another interview from temporary to RFT.
