First, there was a quick 15-minute phone chat with a recruiter. Then, I had a longer 30-40 minute interview with two managers who had a list of questions. One manager asked the questions while the other took notes.
Had a nice and pleasant phone call with 2K's Recruiter. We talked about the job's location, the company culture, and what the job entailed. I was a bit surprised when they discussed how they're changing their onboarding process for this position because they've had issues with it being overwhelming initially, so they've had to slow it down. I decided not to proceed because they're only offering $15 - $18 an hour, and a living wage in Vegas, NV is $23-26 per hour.
It was a straightforward interview. Had a really nice chat. The person was super knowledgeable about their work. The first interview was quick, about 15-20 minutes. They asked if I had any questions for them. We talked about the job and what they're looking for in a team member and for the company's future.
