Candidate-reported interview process

The initial phone call was really easy, but then the next interview was on Zoom. The interviewer seemed a bit unprepared and bored, but also nice. It was pretty standard, with the usual basic questions asked.

The interview process was really smooth. HR kept me in the loop with updates and feedback, which was great. Since I wasn't local, it might have taken a bit longer: two phone screens with team members, one phone interview with HR, five on-site interviews (one was with someone who interviewed me on the phone before, and there was a lunch too), and a final call with the VP. It was one of the best processes I've seen; everyone was friendly and passionate about their work, and you could feel it when I asked questions.

I applied for two jobs at 23andme and went through phone and in-person interviews for three months. There were recruiter calls, chats with people in the job, conversations with hiring managers, and then a panel interview with team members. It was a good process, clear and nice. Each of the 10 interviewers had good questions and wanted to know me. They were respectful of my time and made sure I was ready to go with water, breaks, and a prep guide.
