Horrible process. Had 3 rounds of interviews including an in person(required) interview, then waited 3 months for a response. When they got back to me, I had to interview again, with very heavy pressure and all momentum lost.

i applied and the recruiter ghosted me. i sent multiple emails asking for an update but never heard back. it was not a great candidate process. the questions asked were average.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and we set up a phone screen. On the plus side, the recruiter was really engaged during the call and happy to share details about the job and how the team is structured. On the downside, I was told I'd hear back the next week, but I never did. I even followed up once, but still no response. It's pretty disheartening to be ghosted after you've taken the time to interview. Just a heads-up for recruiters: the interview takes more of your time than just the scheduled call.
