Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process spanned a couple of weeks, which is understandable given the Samsung Unpackaged event happening. It's normal for companies to have busy periods. I've seen many people complain about not getting offers or finding the process tough, but I actually found this one to be quick and easy. I was offered the job on the same day as my final interview.

The company was hiring new managers and their recruiters reached out to me via email. I replied on the same day and had a Skype interview with two managers the very next day. I got an offer letter that day, signed it, and accepted. About a week later I was in training and then immediately went to the field. There was a lot to learn during training and once I started working in the field. All in all, the interview and hiring process was very straightforward.

Interviews were outsourced. A company that provides employees for other companies doesn't interview its own employees. Ironic right? I had a recruiter call and then the same recruiter called for a Skype interview.
