Candidate-reported interview process

First you'll have a phone call with a recruiter who will ask some questions. Then a hiring manager will interview you for the second round. You'd start right away. This position is at a single store.

I had two interviews with managers about the position. The first one was more formal but still laid back, and I even received an offer after being a few minutes late to the online meeting. Great company 9 months in.

It was a pretty relaxed process since I had connections, but they initially decided against me for the role I wanted. They ended up offering me a less senior position, and then they really pushed me to take the original role back because the person they hired instead of me left after just a week.
