So first, you'll have a phone chat, and if they dig your vibe, they'll bring you in for a second chat face-to-face to see if you're a good fit for the gig.
I ended up in a group interview with another candidate because they messed up the times. It was held in the back of the warehouse with really loud music, making it hard to hear. The interviewers acted like they were doing us a huge favor. There was also an umbrella test involved.
Got a call about the job super fast, like less than a day after I applied. It was pretty laid back, not really a formal interview. Didn't get very far, just a couple of questions. It felt a bit different than usual, like maybe I was applying for a step up from warehouse associate.
