The interview process was great and very thorough to ensure I was a good fit. I met with three managers who were all incredibly friendly and nice. They made sure I was comfortable, offered me water, and they genuinely seemed to care about the company.
So first, you'll have a phone chat, and if they dig your vibe, they'll bring you in for a second chat face-to-face to see if you're a good fit for the gig.
I ended up in a group interview with another candidate because they messed up the times. It was held in the back of the warehouse with really loud music, making it hard to hear. The interviewers acted like they were doing us a huge favor. There was also an umbrella test involved.
