1SEO Digital Agency Interview Questions

It was informative, but super fast. I felt like people were replaceable and there wasn't much of a culture. The interviewer even hung up while still explaining the role. I never heard back, and they didn't respond to emails or calls.

The interview process was pretty great for the most part! I got a quick response to my application and the interview was prompt and professional. I was invited to the office for another interview where I met several team members. Sadly, I never heard back after that, despite trying to reach out multiple times. Even though communication kinda dropped off at the end, I'm still really impressed with the company and their culture.

I went through 3 interviews. 1 phone, 2 on site. I met with HR TJ, the COO BJ, and the CEO CJ. TJ was amazing at describing the opportunities available within 1SEO, and he answered all my questions with honesty and transparency. Even throughout my interview process, I would email him various questions and he would reply quickly. All 3 made me feel like I truly knew what I was getting into taking the position. They did not try to hide behind vague answers or something that just "sounded good". I appreciated that honesty about the good and tough parts of the job.
