Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty standard interview process, very polite and thorough. It kicked off with a quick phone chat with the recruiter, and then they set up a zoom interview for a few days later.

It's a three interview process with assessments. It's quite time-consuming. First, there's a recruiter interview, then a typing test. Next, a really intimidating interview with the hiring manager team, followed by a skills/personality test that took over an hour. Finally, an interview with a team director. I thought I'd get the job, but two days later I got an email saying they went in a different direction.

First, there's a quick phone call to see if they want to bring you in. Then you'll have a main interview with a corporate recruiter, and after that, another interview with the manager of the department.
