Candidate-reported interview process

I applied on day 1, and a recruiter contacted me for a phone screen on day 14. On day 15, after the phone screen, the recruiter asked for my availability for a 1:1 with the hiring manager. On day 18, I found out it was actually a panel interview. I followed up with the recruiter on day 25 because I had other offers pending. On day 30, I was told they were preparing an offer, so I turned down other companies. I reached out again on day 45, but got no response. It's now day 61, and I still haven't heard back.

The interview process includes three interviews and a typing test to confirm you can type at least 40 words per minute. The managers are all friendly, and no questions are designed to trick you.

You'll start with a recruiter call, then a chat with the hiring manager (could be zoom or in person). After that, you'll meet the VP of Sales (also zoom or in person). If you haven't met both the VP of Sales and Hiring Manager yet, you'll have a final in-person meeting with them. Then, they'll extend an offer.
