Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty standard consulting interview overall. You do need to prepare beforehand, but the people you interact with are very nice. They'll give you a case and want to understand your thought process, and you'll also face regular behavioral questions.

It starts with a CV screening, then there's a group case interview and a one-on-one behavioral interview. The case interview is pretty qualitative and just needs a little brainstorming followed by a clear, structured presentation. Since you'll be interviewed by peers, the vibe should be pretty chill.

For the university term cycle application, the interview process includes a 20-minute group case interview with about 4 people. After that, there's a short individual interview focusing on your CV.
