15Five Product Manager interviews, decoded.

Applied online and heard back in a few days for a 30 min screening phone call. Then, I had a 45 min Zoom call with the Hiring Manager. They liked me, so I had to do an assignment, and then a 1-hour panel interview.

My interview experience with 15Five was top-notch, honestly the best I've had so far. Right after I sent my resume, they replied the very next day. The first interview with Crosby had these really unique and personal questions, and then there was the assignment review and the final chat. I always felt really supported and knew exactly what was expected and what was coming next. Every person I talked to was transparent, candid, and seemed genuinely excited. They've definitely set a high bar.

There were two 1:1 conversations first, then a take-home project. After that, we had a panel presentation where they asked tough follow-up questions and challenged my presentation.
