The interview process was pretty fast, starting with a recruiter chat, then a chat with a design lead, and finally a portfolio review with some of the design team. Honestly, the 15Five process was one of the best I've experienced regarding comfort and how easy it was. I never felt put on the spot and it seemed like they were genuinely interested in what I could contribute.
The interview process was pretty fast and included a 1-hour video call with the Product Design Lead, followed by a 1-hour video call with the whole product design team and the product manager I'd be working with. Then there was a 30-minute call with the EA to the VP of Product (though we ran a bit over), and finally, a breakfast meeting in New York with a few people, which wasn't really an interview.
Applied through Hire Tech Ladies. Had a quick 30 min phone screen with a Senior Product Designer, then a 45 min video call with the VP of Product. After that, went to an on-site portfolio review with the design team in SF, and also had a 1-on-1 with the CCO for a cultural fit and personality test, which was about an hour. The whole thing was super smooth and fast, and they were really upfront about everything. I got all my questions answered and learned about 15Five's culture along the way.
