From the very first phone call with Daisha, I felt like I'd found the kind of organization and culture I'd always hoped to join. Everyone I talked to during the interviews really showed the core values of 15Five. After every chat, Daisha would touch base with me to see how things were going and always asked if I had any questions. She truly cared about my success and made me feel really supported. It's no wonder this positivity continues in my current role as an employee, showing how genuine the company is about helping people reach their full potential, from applying and interviewing all the way through your first week and beyond.
First, I got an email asking to set up a 20-minute phone screen to chat about the role and me. After that first call, I was told I was moving on and had two more 30-minute interviews scheduled with the VP of Marketing and the Digital Marketing Manager. A few days later, I was given a project to complete and asked to present it to the Director of Marketing. The final interview was 2 hours long and included my presentation. Everyone I talked to during the entire process was really professional, quick to respond, and nice.
The interview process started with a phone screening with the hiring manager. Then there were two in-person interviews. The first in-person one was also with the hiring manager. Since we already covered my skills and knowledge on the phone, the hiring manager asked me to put together a small presentation about my understanding of the whole marketing funnel. I worked on it for a few hours before the interview and felt good about it. The last interview was with the rest of the marketing team and was mostly about cultural fit, focusing on getting to know me and seeing if I'd fit well with the company culture.
