15Five Manager interviews, decoded.

The interview process was long, starting with my application on January 16th. I went through 4 interview rounds. A big part of it was spending multiple hours on a mock project plan and presentation. I thought every interview went well, but after the final one, the hiring manager's communication was really lacking. I finally heard back after 4 interviews and 6 weeks that I wasn't getting an offer. It was a good experience overall, but the communication could have been better.

The process was pretty smooth and everyone was really nice. The first interview was with the hiring manager. The second interview was a panel where I had to present a project plan. It felt like a lot of work for an Implementation Manager role, but I gave it my all. I was really excited about it, but unfortunately, I got an automated rejection email saying I wouldn't be moving on to the final interview, which was a bit disappointing after putting in so much effort.
