15Five Frontend Engineer interviews, decoded.

I had a recruiter call with a Talent Coordinator about 15Five's culture and my background. Then, I had two technical interviews with engineering team leads, followed by a final interview with the CTO. The whole process was great, especially the people. The offer stage was the best I've ever experienced, with a clear walkthrough of the offer and benefits.

The interview process at 15Five was super fast! I first had a phone screening with a recruiter, then 4 video interviews with the Engineering Team and the CTO. These video chats were a mix of general getting-to-know-you stuff and more technical questions about the role. The recruiter was really on top of things and her enthusiasm for the company really sold me on accepting the offer. The whole thing took about 4 weeks from applying to getting the offer, but the actual interviews were done in about 3 weeks.

This place has great people, super easy to talk to and really upfront about everything. The hiring manager was quick to get back to me and really helpful the whole way through. The whole process took about a month to get to the third round.
