It was a pretty standard interview process. I started with a screening call from a talent coordinator, then I interviewed with the support managers. After that, I had a final interview with the support team to see if I'd be a good culture add.
I got a call from HR for a phone screening, which was pretty standard. Then, I was sent some questions that were more specific to the CSR job. After that, we had a group video interview on Zoom because it was a remote position. In the group interview, everyone asked me questions, some related to the role, some not. The department manager then called me for a final one-on-one Zoom interview. Following that, the HR team asked for three references, and they did check them. Once the references checked out, I received an offer letter. The HR person kept me informed the whole time, which was great.
This was by far the best interview experience I've had. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. The recruiter kept me updated on what's next and answered all my questions. I really liked that the team interviewed me, which let them get to know me and me get to know my potential teammates. This shows they care about culture and finding the right person for the support team. The first step was a 30-minute chat with the recruiter. Then, a written test with some questions. After that, an interview with the team, and finally, an interview with the Director of Support. I'm so happy to join such a great team and company!
