The interview process was extremely smooth and positive. First had a screening call with the recruiter, followed by one with the hiring manger about my background, the two video calls with team members (culture fit interviews), followed by video interviews with the Director of Sales and CRO, and an on-site presentation. The process was close to 4 weeks but was handled very well.
So, the first thing was I chatted with the Sales Director at their office. Since I'd met a bunch of the team already the year before, I guess I skipped the usual phone screening. It was pretty chill, just talking about our backgrounds and how we see things in life and in sales. Then, they had me do some online tests for math and verbal stuff, kinda like a mini SAT. After that, I had a 30-minute call with the Director of Sales Development, which was more of a typical phone screen with lots of questions. Next up was a 60-minute panel with the whole AE team, mostly Q&A focusing on culture fit. The last step was a 45-minute call with the CRO where we went over my resume and past performance.
I had a great experience interviewing here. The hiring manager was incredibly communicative and made sure that I was always in the loop- he even texted me that he'd be late to our initial call, which went a long way for me. The process moved quickly, and everything was always incredibly transparent.
