I applied on the website and then Zynga recruitment reached out to me to set up an initial screening call. After that phone call, I had a video interview with the hiring manager. The process stopped there, and the recruiter emailed me to let me know I didn't move forward.

Behavioral Case

I first spoke with a recruiter who was really nice and set things up. They gave me an overview of the team and their current status. After that, I was supposed to connect with the hiring manager, but I actually ended up meeting with a VP, which went well. Then, the recruiter scheduled another meeting with the actual hiring manager. That interview also went well, and they gave me their company address, telling me to email if I had more questions. They said I'd hear back soon, but I never did. I followed up with recruiting about a week later, but still nothing, which was pretty disappointing.

Behavioral

I was brought into a small room for my onsite interview and spoke with 3-4 people for about 30 minutes each. They were all very personable and easy to talk to. The questions weren't too tough, so I think it went pretty well. Afterward, I got a tour of the different game team areas. The work culture felt way less corporate than I expected, with a casual but energetic vibe, kind of like a big startup.
