Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zydus Lifesciences.
Assistant Manager
The interview process was smooth and professional. The role was a bit different from what was described during the process. After I joined, the team was supportive during onboarding and training.
- Tell me about a time you took initiative to get something done.
Assistant Manager
The interview process was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. They wanted to know about problems I've faced and solved in the projects I've handled. It was a telephonic round, not a face-to-face one. We discussed dissolution, guidelines, QbD, DoE studies, and ICH guidelines.
- Can you tell me about your experience with solid oral dosage forms and the basic principles of formulations?
- What can you share about your family background?
Management Trainee
The interview process involved multiple rounds. It started with a psychometric test, followed by a technical round. The next interview combined HR and technical questions specific to the department. They asked questions about projects and based on the Resume.
- Basic questions and project-based questions according to the Resume were asked.
- Some Behavioral questions were also there.
