The first interview was online, and the second one was in-person with the Italian sales manager and a future colleague. It seemed like a good work environment, and the office is new and modern. There weren't any special requests during these interview stages.

It was a linear process, held in person at the Genoa office. They were very friendly. I spoke directly with HR and the CEO. The duties were clearly explained, as were the main offices to report to.

It was a full-day thing. I had a technical interview with a senior engineer and also met with the management, admin team, and application engineers team. It was pretty straightforward and not too tough.

A third party recruiter reached out, then submitted my resume to the hiring manager. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager which went well. Then I took an online skills test and passed it. The company then wanted to schedule me for in-person interviews at their Kennesaw, GA office. I was hoping for Monday or Friday interviews, or virtual interviews, but I couldn't get PTO on such short notice. I'm also currently swamped with work and traveling a lot. They were only willing to interview during the middle of the week, which seemed inflexible from their side. I withdrew my application.
