First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zweig Group.
Intern
The interview process was enjoyable. HR is very friendly and responds to questions in a timely manner. I first completed a phone interview which was mostly behavioral questions and then completed a case study, which was more technical based. I was given a week to complete the case study. Lastly, I went in for an in-person interview which was also more behavioral. Overall, very enjoyable process!
- Complete a case study.
Business Analyst
I first interviewed for this role about a year ago, but unfortunately, I didn't get it then. A year later, Zweig Group reached out about another position. There wasn't a formal second interview, just a lunch meeting with the owners. We really clicked, and they made me an offer right after lunch.
- How crucial is responsiveness for building a strong relationship?
Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst
They gave an intro to the role and asked about my background. Then, I was given a case study to complete within a week. About a week after submitting it, I received an offer.
- Can you tell me about your background?
