It was a pretty simple process. They first gave me an overview of the pay and talked about how I could grow. When I asked more about the actual job, the person I spoke with seemed to avoid giving direct answers, making it sound like a pyramid scheme.

The interview experience was really good. It was informative and straightforward. I spoke with the hiring manager, who was knowledgeable and well-educated. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview. I'd definitely recommend this company, it seems like a great place to begin a career.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was super misleading. There were 2 interviews. The first one felt more like a quick meet and greet, lasted about 5 minutes with an associate, and they mostly asked if I had leadership experience. It felt rushed, like they wanted to move on fast, and I didn't even get to ask questions. This was followed by a surprise info session that day about the company and current associates. The whole first part took about 3 hours. The second interview happened within 2 days, and they asked similar questions but in a more personal way. Before I knew it, I was offered the job and had to pay $100 right away. I later called to reconsider because I felt pressured and didn't have sales experience, thinking I wouldn't do well. The front desk person, who was nice before, got really hostile when I asked for my money back. The job title wasn't what it seemed. If you don't have sales experience, this job might not be a good start, as they said you only shadow for a week max and then you're on your own.

it was great, really exciting, and went pretty smoothly. mostly it was about what I was looking for and if the work schedule would be something I would be interested in. they made sure i could do the long hours for the first two weeks of training.
